Many sellers are offering seller financing and options, with as little as $4,000 to $6,000 down....I run across these deals every day.. and you should too...If you are a new investor you can take an option out on a property with just a few thousand down and control a propert… Continue

foreclose What to do ?

I have an individual (not an investor per say) that had me lease out there home. They told me that they were getting transferred with their job. Well it turns out that they had lost their jobs and had not paid the house note for 2 or 3 months before they even called me to rent it out for them. Now they are just taking the rent money from the home to pay for a apartment and other necessities. They were in my office screaming for their monthly pay out even thou the homes is up for action on the 9t… Continue

Condo project changes strategy in Downtown Memphis

Looks like the Horizon Condo project on the south side of downtown Memphis is changing it's condo sales strategy and putting it's units up for rent. The 1 bedroom units will rent for $900 per month while the 2 bedroom units will rent for $1100 per month. A great example of how to turn lemons into lemonade when the going gets tough...
